AWARD OF
EXCELLENCE
BALTIMORE, MD--Bill Rauser, president of rauser Professional Contracting, is pleased to announce that the company was recently honored by the Remodelers Council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland on November 12, 1998.
Specifically, rauser Professional Contracting was presented the 1998 Award of Excellence for its design and construction of Gerencser Screen Porch Addition & Deck for Outdoor Living. The design, by Andre´ Fontaine, Architect, included a screened in porch addition extending into a north deck which in turn descended to a south deck featuring a built-in gas grille.
By developing a close working relationship with the owner, Rauser was able to meet the budget requirements provided by the owner while at the same time, still providing quality work on a job that was far more difficult than the norm.
The Remodelers Council competition recognizes excellence in remodeling design and craftsmanship. Rated by an evaluation team consisting of remodeling contractors from outside the Baltimore metropolitan area, entries were judged using the following criteria: quality of construction, degree of difficulty, value and cost effectiveness, unique and creative design approach and sensitivity to existing structure.
Rauser Professional Contracting, established in 1981, builds custom homes and detailed remodeling projects for clients throughout Maryland--earning a reputation for quality and client service. The president, Bill Rauser, is a graduate of Mt. St. Joseph's High School and Loyola College.
A member of the Maryland Home Builders Association, Maryland Improvement Contractors Association, Small Business Alliance, National Federation of Independent Business, and a Affiliate Member of the Residential Design Group, Baltimore Chapter AIA, Rauser Professional Contracting is based in Reisterstown, MD.
