In 1981 Bill Co founded RPC with his cousin Bob Rauser. Bill is a Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) and a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist. He is a graduate of Loyola College, and is active with the Home Builder Association of Maryland (HBAM), where he is president of the Remodelors Council (2007).

Today, Bill is somewhat “retired” but still consults for RPC and assists the sales team on a part-time basis. He is the author of numerous articles that have appeared in Builder-Architect Magazine, The Baltimore Sun, the Baltimore Business Journal, and The Business Monthly. His articles are also featured on a home-owner resource website, Alphabet Lane.

Prior to founding RPC, Bill was the Vice President and General Manager of a multi-million dollar manufacturing company. At that company, where he started at the age of 19, he worked his way up, and spear-headed and managed a significant turnaround before being bitten by the entrepreneurial bug.

In his spare time, Bill spends time on the golf course, traveling, and with family. He and his wife live in Forest Hill, Maryland.
