With more than 15 years in the construction industry, Bill Patteson purchased Rauser Professional Contracting in 2007. As President of RPC, this hands-on owner is responsible for sales and estimating, new business development and client relations.

Prior to purchasing RPC with his wife Corinne, Bill was a partner of Chambers Mechanical Contractors, a Maryland based commercial HVAC and Plumbing contractor.

Well respected by his peers in the industry, Bill was elected to the Home Builders Association of Maryland Remodelors Board of Directors in 2007.

Bill was born and raised in Baltimore graduating from the Boys’ Latin school of Maryland and UMBC for Chemical Engineering. He enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Corinne, and their three kids, Ally, Emma and Tripp. He also enjoys exercising, playing golf and of course remodeling his own house! Bill resides in Hunt Valley Maryland.
