1: Initial Meeting
Regardless of your project, it all begins with an initial
meeting at which point Bill Rauser can answer any questions
you have about the feasibility of your project. He can also
give you ballpark estimates, along with a basic
understanding of the costs and process ahead of youproviding
value engineering as a means to offer options
to achieve the same goal but for less money.
STEP
2: Project-Budget Refinement/Team Selection
Once the scope of the project has been discussed and the
architect selected (when appropriate) RPC uses the schematic
drawings to provide a more formal estimate for the project
(usually within 5% of actual costs). (This extra step
is intended to minimize any unpleasant surprises for the
client and to ensure that all members of the team are in
agreement.)
Once
you approve this estimate and the projected timeline, the
final drawings, specifications, and contract (with the exact
prices) are finalized, and the project begins.
STEP
3: Construction Begins
